    Can I use the product photos from the webshop?

    Some of the photos in our webshop are our own atmospheric images. This means that we have photographed a product in a setting we created for our own use.
    Additionally, we also use product photos provided by the manufacturer, which are not the property of studio Saron.

     

    Which payment methods can I use?

    You can choose from various payment methods. We offer secure payments via Mollie using iDeal, Credit Card (up to €250), Klarna, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Are you from Belgium? You can also pay with Bancontact.

     

    What is the delivery time of studio Saron?

    Each product description includes an estimated delivery time. If you order multiple products, we always apply the longest delivery time to limit our shipments.

     

    A product is out of stock, when will it be available again?

    Unfortunately, your favorite product is out of stock! If this happens, please send us an email. It could be that the product has not been reordered yet or is still on its way. After receiving your email, we will do our best to restock the product as soon as possible.

     

    What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?

    For orders over €50, shipping is always free.

    We usually ship your order via PostNL. For orders with unusual dimensions, we use another shipping provider, and you will always be informed via a track & trace code.

    Do you live in Amsterdam/Purmerend? If so, we can deliver your order (up to €50) ourselves for a fee of €5.00. You can choose this option during checkout. For orders over €50, this service is free.

     

    I live in Belgium, can I place an order?

    Good news, we also ship to Belgium! For orders over €50, shipping is always free.

    For orders under €50, shipping costs €9.95 with PostNL. For orders with unusual dimensions, we use another shipping provider, and you will always be informed via a track & trace code.

     

    Can I pick up my order?

    No, unfortunately we are an online store. And don't have a visiting adres. 

     

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    After placing your order, it is often no longer possible to change or cancel it, as it is processed immediately. However, you can always contact us to check if we can still make any changes.

     

    What is studio Saron return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order.

    Do I have to pay shipping costs when returning my order?

    If your product is not what you expected and you want to return it, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.

    My item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered—what should I do?

    If you have a complaint about an item, you can contact us via email at info@studiosaron.com or through our contact form.
    Always include your order number so we can find the best solution for you.

     

    What if we can't resolve the issue together?

    We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@studiosaron.com. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

    Since February 15, 2016, EU consumers also have the option to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through this platform.

    What is the quality of your jewelry?

    All our jewelry is made of 100% 18-karat gold.

     

    Will I receive a track & trace code?

    All our jewelry is shipped via courier. Please make sure you are home, as you will need to present identification and sign for delivery.
