studio Saron Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your Studio Saron purchase! However, if you change your mind, please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

General Return Policy

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return.
• Once notified, you have another 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.
• Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

1. Register Your Return:

   • Complete a return form and include it in your return package.
   • For Dutch customers, printer-free return options are available.

2. Send Your Package:

   • Use a reputable carrier to ship your items, ensuring they are tracked and insured.
   • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed within 8 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.
   • Funds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Fees for Returns

• International Returns: A €50 fee applies.
• Earrings and Piercings: A €10 cleaning fee is charged for hygiene reasons.
• Netherlands Return Service: Flat fee of €10.25.
• EU Returns: Flat fee of €25.

Important Notes

• Custom or Personalized Items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Damaged or Tampered Items: Contact us immediately with photos to assist our investigation.
• Gift Cards: Cannot be returned.
• Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the package until we receive it. Always save your shipping receipt.

Exchange Policy

• Contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
• Items can only be exchanged if they meet the same criteria as returns (unworn, undamaged, etc.).
• Custom and Engraved Items: Cannot be exchanged.

Warranty Policy

• All Studio Saron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• Warranty covers defects and damage from normal use.
• Lost diamonds will be replaced free of charge for the first 3 months after purchase. Afterward, fees may apply.
• Contact us for repairs outside the warranty period (a fee may apply).

Special Policies

• Holiday Returns: Purchases made between December 3 and December 25 are eligible for a 30-day return period.
• Sales/Deals: Sale items can be returned. For bundled deals, all items must be returned to receive a full refund.
