Shipping Within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
- Free shipping on all orders over €150. For orders below €150, shipping is €6.95.
- Delivery time:
- In stock items: 2-5 working days.
- For the Netherlands in request for VIP Express Service next day delivery is possible.
- Out of stock or made-to-order items: approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL and include tracking.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- If you’re unavailable to sign, delivery may be delayed.
- Each package includes a studio Saron jewelry box and a keepsake pouch.
Shipping to Germany
- Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders below €150, shipping is €6.95.

- Out of stock or made-to-order items: approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Orders are shipped with DHL and include tracking.
Shipping to France

Rest of Europe
- Free shipping on orders over €250. For orders below €250, shipping is starting from €8.50.
- Delivery time:
- In stock items: 2-5 working days.
- Out of stock or made-to-order items: approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Orders are shipped with DHL International and include tracking.
Worldwide Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over €500. For orders below €500, shipping is starting from €13.
- Delivery time:
- In stock items: 4-10 working days (may vary by destination).
- Out of stock or made-to-order items: approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Shipped with DHL International.
- Your package is insured up to delivery.
- Customs fees are not covered by Studio Saron, but delays due to customs are beyond our control.
VIP Express Service
Need your jewelry sooner? Opt for our VIP Service:
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon on working days are shipped the same day.
- Delivery timelines depend on the courier, typically 1-2 working days.
Important Notes
- Check your package upon delivery: If the package is damaged, refuse delivery and ensure the courier notes the issue.
- Official ID names required for delivery: To ensure the security of your purchase, please ensure the recipient's name matches their official ID. This will be required for signature upon receipt.
- Additional customs charges: For non-EU countries, customs fees may apply and are your responsibility.
- We do not deliver to postal collection points. Please provide a valid residential or office address.
